[ All are invited to an exciting day of Mennonite art and music at the West End Cultural Centre (586 Ellice Ave) on March 2. An art show and sale (entrance by donation) starts at 1:30 pm; featuring up-and-coming Mennonite visual artists such as Caleb Hamm, Alison Froese, and Caili Woodyard. It will be accompanied by musical performances by House of Doc, Jess and Doug, and High Strung. A 7:30 concert features well-known local bands Redstarts, Mike Petkau, Carter Monrose and Kicker, as well as local playwright Jason Neufeld, the Mennonite Bandit. ]
